So we went to Levitt lake and looked but I am not fond of the cookie cutter houses. I think we will go with the one in Janesville even though its a bit more. I love the property and its outbuildings are just wonderful! It has property and trails in the woods! If that one doesn't work we can always do the one in Susanville. It doesn't have the property but is four bedrooms 2 car garage and a basement so all in all probably the best option. It is hard not to get discouraged looking at a bunch of stuff and most of them I hate. I just don't want to end up in an area where there are people right on top of each other
the hunt continues.
The hunt continues... We are searching the whole valley it seems for a house big enough to fit us that we can afford and isn't half a million frickin dollars!!! So to day we go look in dare I say it... Levitt lake! Yikes I have always swore I would not live there but maybe if I find a decent 4 bedroom I might reconsider.

wrecking ball
Well I got woke up this morning by a phone call from Adam that the house we have been in the process buying has fallen through! The seller has decided not to sell. Just like that. Crash now what? So the process starts again. I am a wreck and very hurt by the whole thing but I can't do a thing about it. So the house hunting begins again. Wish us luck and PRAY that we can get a house and move in time!

House hunting!!
We are looking at a house in Janesville. It is smaller but has a lot of ways to expand it. I am excited about it it is very cozy and reminds me of a log cabin. The whole history of the house was written in journals that come with the house. Down to where the logs came from to build it! It has the most amazing mantle over the fireplace made with polished rocks. The people who built it were rock hounds so the rocks come from all over the country and were cut and polished by them. I have never seen anything like it. I love it I just keep praying that it all comes together quickly so we can get the move over with!!! Pray for us. Now I get to start the packing being careful not to damage my back!

Update July / August
A lot has been happening lately. We found out last week that Polly needs to move back into the house so we will be moving in the next couple of months. We have decided to buy a house instead of renting so we can quit moving! It is a mind boggling experience but in the end it will be very good for us. I am both terrified and excited. We have never been sure we would be somewhere long enough to even consider buying before so this marks a huge moment in our lives. In the middle of this we are trying to get my back fixed. I did the physical therapy but after doing it for 2 months they took some x-rays and discovered it was actually doing more harm then good so they had me stop them. I have a very good Dr. in Reno and he gave me the options of surgery, cortisone injections, or an epidural, Surgery is a last resort for me since in most cases it doesn't stop the pain I already have but is designed to stop the pain from becoming worse and can cause other discs to be injured. Cortisone injections would help cushion the disc but my back is beyond that being an option. So of course we went to the epidural idea which is just blocking the pain signal from going to my brain. I have to be careful not to do anything that can hurt my back worse but in the mean time I will have some relief! So yesterday I had them put that in. I made the mistake of not asking about the pain after they put it in! I got home and was in so much pain I thought they had done something seriously wrong and was going to go tho the hospital. Then Adam read the paper work they sent home and turns out that after 2 days the epidural starts to wok but in the meantime it INTENSIFIES the pain!!! It feels like labor pain in the whole lower half of my body without the breaks in between. to include the pressure. I am not sure I have ever felt this much pain but by tomorrow night I should feel wonderful. They also injected steroids into the disc so it could help it heal some too.
